and ensuring that your clients remain under the maximum amount allowable in
their account can also be time consuming. We understand the need for a speedy
and efficient service when you are handling numerous accounts at one time.
For years Bobbitt Memorial Chapel has been assisting Convalescent
Homes, Extended Care Facilities and other organizations manage their clients'
accounts. A pre-paid burial plan is an effective, simple and allowable way to
"spend down" your clients' accounts without any penalty, as it is not an asset.
You are offering a great service to your client's family; as when
your client does eventually pass away they will be delighted to know that funds
have been set aside for their services. You do not need to make personal
decisions for your clients such as cremation or burial, or which type of casket
they would like, as all of these services and products can be chosen at the
time of need and are therefore not listed in the paperwork.
In fact, your clients don't actually have to use our funeral home
at their time of need. A plan taken out with us can be moved to any funeral
home at any time without penalty. We strive to make this process as simple as
possible.

The paperwork will then be mailed directly to you the same business day with
all the instructions for signing and a pre-paid envelope for return mail.
Information required if you are signing on behalf of your client:
1. Copy of your Authority to Sign
2. Full name of Client
3. Date of Birth of Client
4. Client's Social Security Number
5. Amount needed to Spend Down.
Information required if client is signing for himself or herself:
1. Full name of Client
2. Date of Birth of Client
3. Client's Social Security Number
4. Amount needed to Spend Down.
5. Physical address.
There is no need for lengthy paperwork and with this small amount
of information you can do more than one spend down at a time. We have many
clients who give us four or five clients in one call.
